Newly renovated and fully furnished studio located in Murray Hill. The adorable studio is in a quiet little neighborhood. Fresh paint and deep cleaned. Move in ready. Utilities and WiFi are included in the rental price. The furniture is all brand new (brand new mattress, sheets, pillows, etc). The appliances are also new. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, fridge, and oven. The house also has a 65in smart tv. A/C and heat in unit.
This studio is located behind a main house that is used for Airbnb. So tenants must be okay with that. You will have your own parking, private and fully separate entrance. The main house is completely separate!

Owner will be responsible for signing a lease. Providing first month and security deposit on move in day. Utilities are included in the $1480 price. Rent is due on the 1st. Any day past the 1st, will result in a $50 charge every day it is late. Tenent will only have up to 5 days of late rent before their lease will be terminated immediately and must move out.
Security deposit will be given back in full if the house is left in the same as move in condition.
