Getting Started with AvailableMax

Your AvailableMax account helps personalize your home search, save favorite listings, create alerts, and manage your experience across the platform. Creating an account is free and only takes a few moments.

Create an Account

To create a new account on AvailableMax:

  • Go to the sign up page
  • Enter your email address and create a secure password
  • Accept the terms of use and privacy policy
  • Verify your email address if prompted, then sign in to begin using the platform
Update Your Profile

You can update your name, profile details, and communication preferences from the account settings area. Keeping your information current helps us provide more relevant alerts and notifications.

Reset Your Password

If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.

Manage Email Alerts

Email alerts help you stay informed when new homes matching your criteria become available, when prices change, or when the status of a saved home is updated. You can enable, pause, or disable alerts at any time from your account settings.

Searching for Homes

AvailableMax provides search tools designed to help users explore homes across major U.S. cities, neighborhoods, and zip codes. You can also search for specific properties by address or MLS number where available.

Basic Search

You can begin a search by entering any of the following into the search bar:

  • City and state, for example Miami, FL
  • Zip code
  • Neighborhood name
  • Full property address
  • MLS number, where available
Using Filters

Filters help narrow results and focus your search on properties that match your preferences. Common filters include:

  • Price range
  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Property type, such as single-family, condo, or townhouse
  • Home size and lot size
  • Year built
  • For sale or for rent
Property Details Page

Each property page may include photos, key facts, price history where available, neighborhood context, and a map view. Some properties may also include additional information such as nearby schools or commute-related details, depending on source availability.

Managing Saved Homes & Searches

Saving homes and searches makes it easier to keep track of listings you care about and stay informed when new opportunities appear in the areas or price ranges you follow.

Saving a Home

When viewing a property, click the save icon to add it to your saved homes list. Saved homes appear in your account dashboard, where you can review them later.

Viewing Saved Homes

From your account, go to the Saved Homes section to view all properties you have saved. You can review, sort, or remove homes from this list whenever you choose.

Saved Searches

You can save a search with your preferred filters and return to it later. When notifications are enabled, AvailableMax may email you when new listings match your criteria or when important changes occur in the area you are following.

Troubleshooting & Common Issues

If something is not working as expected, the steps below may help resolve common issues before you contact support.

Listings Are Not Loading Correctly
  • Refresh the page and try again
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Disable ad blockers or browser extensions temporarily
  • Try a different browser or device
Not Receiving Email Alerts
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Confirm that the email address in your profile is correct
  • Make sure alerts are enabled in your account settings
  • Verify that your saved searches still match active listings in your selected area and range
Incorrect or Outdated Listing Information

Real estate markets move quickly, and property information may change without notice. If you see information that appears inaccurate or outdated, please use any available reporting option or contact our support team so we can review the issue.

Website Performance Issues

If the website feels slow or unresponsive, try the following:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Close other tabs or applications using bandwidth
  • Test the site in an incognito or private browsing window

AvailableMax aggregates information from multiple listing partners, public records, and other data sources to help users research homes and neighborhoods across the United States.

While we work to keep information accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, up to date, or error free. Prices, availability, and property details may change at any time.
