Located blocks from Denver’s famous and bustling Tennyson Street, it’s also convenient and easily walkable to numerous parks, lakes, recreation areas, public transportation and bikeways. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars/breweries, retail shops and grocery stores are minutes from the front door. With the exception of cats, your furry friends are welcome.

On the ground floor, you’ll find your living room, TV and sitting area with a comfortable oversized couch which could accommodate an overnight guest. The white quartz kitchen is well-equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster), and the walk-in pantry is fully stocked for meal preparation and storage. Up to four guests can dine at the countertop, which is next to a well-stocked bar cabinet. There is a large, half bath for you and your guests.

The bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and a TV. You’ll have two large closets with ample space, including a walk-in closet. The full bathroom also features white quartz, a double vanity, linens/towels, and a shower with a tree line window for sunlight. The washer and dryer are just outside the bedroom door for convenience.

The loft space on the third floor provides a perfect area to relax and unwind. Large sliding doors open to a large rooftop deck which features a sitting area and an outdoor dining area to enjoy Colorado’s beautiful weather. The loft’s couch folds down into a Twin XL bed for an overnight guest. There is a half bath as well.

A 30 day minimum stay is required. All utilities are included, including WiFi. There is ample, free street parking in front of the townhome. For pets, there is a non-refundable $200 pet deposit. A refundable security deposit of one month’s rent is due at the time of signing. Rent is due on the first day of each month. Message me directly for further questions and specific inquiries.
