– Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10 pm.
– Two assigned parking spaces included.
– No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed in the property.
– Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on the patio, porches and in shared spaces. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.
– Tenants cannot turn off WiFi or exterior cameras.
– Landlord or landlord representative has the right to enter the property with 24 hr notice per California Law.
– Anyone 18+ staying 5 or more consecutive nights must be disclosed.
– Locksmith costs, batteries and light bulbs replacements are the responsibility of the tenant.
– Subleasing is strictly prohibited.
– Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for additional fee. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
– Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
