We relocated for work and need to rent our wonderful little home in a small gated community in Oak Park. It has an oversized living room and main bedroom high ceilings in both a charming second bedroom, 2-car garage, fully enclosed private yard, and shaded fenced patio off the main bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located, just a 15 minute drive to downtown, North Park, beaches, and walking distance to the fabulous Nate’s Garden Grill, a bar and restaurant with daily live folk music.

Renter is responsible for utilities and internet. The electric bill is generally low (or negative) due to installed solar. We would prefer a lease of 12-18 months.
