Dedicated parking in alley, with ability to park your car 20 – 50ft from your door. If you like the Studio, we will hold it for you with a $1000 ‘Hold-Deposit’ that is part of your refundable Security Deposit. These units were all previously vacation rentals, therefore FULLY Furnished, with ALL UTILITIES included. Pet Friendly with additional $50/month per dog or cat.
