No. AvailableMax Inc. is not a real estate broker, agent, or brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers in transactions. Instead, we provide a platform and tools that help you research the market and connect with licensed professionals.

Do I need an account to use AvailableMax?

You can browse homes and neighborhoods without creating an account. However, a free account lets you save homes, create alerts, and access additional tools tailored to your preferences.

Account & Profile

How do I create an account?

To create an account, go to the sign up page, enter your email address, choose a secure password, and follow any verification steps shown on screen. Once completed, you can sign in and start using all features.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password” and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a secure link to reset your password. If the email does not appear, check your spam or junk folder.

How do I update my email or notification preferences?

After signing in, go to your account settings page. From there, you can update your email address, change your password, and manage which alerts and notifications you receive.

Searching for Homes & Saved Listings

How do I search for homes in a specific city or neighborhood?

Use the main search bar to enter a city, state, zip code, or neighborhood name (for example: Miami, FL or 90210). You can then refine your results using filters such as price, beds, baths, and property type.

How do I save a home that I like?

When viewing a property, click the save or favorite icon to add it to your saved homes list. You can access all saved homes from your account dashboard after you sign in.

Can I receive alerts when new homes match my criteria?

Yes. You can create saved searches with your preferred filters and enable email alerts. When new listings match your criteria, or there are important changes, you may receive a notification.

Where does AvailableMax get its listing data?

Our data comes from multiple listing partners, public records, and selected data providers. We combine these sources to present homes, rentals, and market information in one place. For more details, please see our Data Sources page.

Why does a property look different on another website?

Different platforms may receive updates at different times or use different data providers. As a result, price, status, or photos may temporarily differ between websites. Always confirm details directly with the listing agent, owner, or property manager.

Is all information guaranteed to be accurate?

No. While we strive for accuracy, all information on AvailableMax is provided “as is” and may be incomplete or subject to change. We strongly recommend verifying all critical details with a licensed real estate professional before making any decision.

How can I report incorrect information on a listing?

If you notice inaccurate or outdated information, please contact us and include the property address or URL. You can use the Contact Us page or email our support team directly.

The website is slow or not loading correctly. What can I try?

Start by refreshing the page and checking your internet connection. If the problem continues, try another browser, clear your cache, or test the site in an incognito window. If issues persist, please contact our support team with details.
