No. AvailableMax Inc. is not a real estate broker, agent, or brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers in transactions. Instead, we provide tools and digital infrastructure for real estate discovery and communication.
3. Do I need an account to use AvailableMax?
You can browse homes and neighborhoods without an account. A free account allows saving homes, creating alerts, and accessing additional features.

1. How do I create an account?
To create an account, go to the sign-up page, enter your email, set a password, and complete verification. Once done, you can access your dashboard and all features.
2. I forgot my password — what do I do?

Our data is sourced from property owners, licensed agents, MLS/IDX feeds, and public records. Updates are applied daily.
2. Why do some listings differ from other websites?

3. Is all information guaranteed accurate?
No. All data is provided “as-is.” Users must verify important details with licensed professionals.
4. How do I report incorrect data?
