Getting Started with AvailableMax
Your AvailableMax account helps you personalize your home search, save favorite listings, and manage alerts. Creating an account is free and only takes a few moments.
Create an Account
To create a new account on AvailableMax:
- Go to the sign up page.
- Enter your email address and create a secure password.
- Accept the terms of use and privacy policy.
- Verify your email address if prompted, then sign in to start searching.
Update Your Profile
You can update your name, profile details, and communication preferences from the account settings area. Keeping your information up to date helps us send you more relevant alerts and notifications.
Reset Your Password
If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.
Manage Email Alerts
Email alerts keep you updated when new homes that match your criteria become available, when prices change, or when the status of a saved home is updated. You can enable, pause, or disable alerts at any time from your account settings.
Searching for Homes
AvailableMax offers powerful search tools to help you find homes that fit your needs. You can search across major U.S. cities, neighborhoods, and zip codes, or look up specific properties by MLS ID.
Basic Search
You can start a search by entering any of the following into the search bar:
- City and state (for example: Miami, FL)
- Zip code
- Neighborhood name
- Full address
- MLS number, where available
Using Filters
Filters allow you to refine your results and focus on homes that match your preferences. Common filters include:
- Price range
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Property type (single family, condo, townhouse, etc.)
- Home size and lot size
- Year built
- For sale or for rent
Property Details Page
Each property page provides in-depth details, including photos, key facts, price history where available, neighborhood information, and a map view. Some properties may also include additional details such as nearby schools or estimated commute times.
Managing Saved Homes & Searches
Saving homes and searches makes it easier to keep track of properties you like and stay informed about new listings.
Saving a Home
When viewing a property, click the save icon to add it to your list of saved homes. Saved homes appear in your account dashboard, where you can review them at any time.
Viewing Saved Homes
From your account, go to the Saved Homes section to see all properties you have saved. You can sort or remove homes from this list whenever you like.
Saved Searches
You can save any search with your preferred filters and return to it later. When you enable notifications for a saved search, we will email you when new listings match your criteria or when key changes occur in the area you are following.
Troubleshooting & Common Issues
If something is not working as expected, the suggestions below can help resolve common issues before you contact support.
Listings Are Not Loading Correctly
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Disable ad-blockers or browser extensions temporarily.
- Try a different browser or device.
Not Receiving Email Alerts
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that the email address in your profile is correct.
- Make sure alerts are enabled in your account settings.
- Verify that your saved searches still have active listings in the areas and price ranges you selected.
Incorrect or Outdated Listing Information
Real estate markets move quickly and property information can change without notice. If you see information that appears to be incorrect or outdated, please let us know by using any available “Report Listing” option or by contacting our support team.
Website Performance Issues
If the website feels slow or unresponsive, please try:
- Checking your internet connection.
- Closing other tabs or applications that may be using bandwidth.
- Testing the site in an incognito or private browsing window.
Listing Data & Accuracy
AvailableMax aggregates information from multiple listing partners, public records, and other data sources to help you research homes and neighborhoods across the United States.
While we work hard to keep our data accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free. Prices, availability, and property details may change at any time.
