AvailableMax Partner Terms
Clear rules for partner approval, referral attribution, disclosures, prohibited activity, refunds, payouts, and program changes.
Program terms and operating rules
Effective date: June 30, 2026
These terms govern participation in the AvailableMax Partner Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to promote AvailableMax honestly, comply with applicable marketing rules, and follow the operational requirements below.
1. Program approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. AvailableMax may approve, reject, watchlist, suspend, reactivate, or terminate a partner account at its discretion to protect customers, brand trust, and program compliance.
2. Referral attribution
Approved partner links may use a 90-day referral tracking window and a 180-day lead lock window. Attribution depends on a valid approved partner code, available tracking signals, customer eligibility, and AvailableMax review.
3. Commission structure
During the initial controlled launch, the default commission is 30% of the first qualified paid subscription invoice. Commissions are not guaranteed until reviewed and approved by AvailableMax.
4. Holds, payouts, and tax information
Commissions may be held for 30 days to account for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud review, and billing corrections. The current minimum payout threshold is USD 100.00. AvailableMax may request payout and tax information before issuing payment.
5. Required disclosures
Partners must clearly disclose their financial relationship with AvailableMax anywhere they recommend, review, compare, or promote AvailableMax. Disclosures must be easy to notice and must not be hidden in unrelated text.
6. Prohibited activity
- Spam, deceptive outreach, misleading claims, fake urgency, or misrepresentation of AvailableMax pricing, features, guarantees, or affiliation.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, coupon abuse, or attempts to manipulate attribution.
- Paid search brand bidding, trademark bidding, impersonation, or domain names that imply AvailableMax ownership without written approval.
- Marketing to purchased, scraped, or non-consenting lists, or any campaign that violates applicable email, privacy, telemarketing, platform, or advertising rules.
7. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Commissions may be rejected, reversed, deducted, or held when the related customer payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, ineligible, or otherwise not a qualified paid subscription.
8. Content and brand use
Partners may use approved AvailableMax names, links, screenshots, and descriptions only in a truthful and professional manner. AvailableMax may request edits or removal of any partner content that creates customer confusion or brand risk.
9. Privacy
Partners are responsible for their own privacy, cookie, outreach, and data handling obligations. AvailableMax handles partner program data according to its privacy policy. View privacy policy
10. Changes and termination
AvailableMax may update the program, commission structure, eligibility rules, tracking method, payout process, or these terms. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms. AvailableMax may end the program or a partner relationship at any time.
