Move-In Costs (due at lease signing)
First month’s rent: $1,590 (1 person) or $1,700 (2 people)
Security Deposit: $1,500 total $1,350 refundable $150 non-refundable cleaning fee
Total move-in (1 person, no pet): $3,090
Total move-in (2 people, no pet): $3,200
Pet Policy
Potty-trained animals only absolutely no excessive barking
One-time pet deposit (non-refundable): $300 for 1 pet $500 for 2 pets
Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet
All pets must be pre-approved in writing
Additional Rules
Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or on the premises
No illegal activity
