We are moving for a job for 2 years max would love to come back to our home.

I have loads of indoor plants that could stay if you are a plant lover.
Garden is growing bananas and loads of other random succulents and plants. You can plant more if you’d like although we prefer you make it better and ask permission before doing complex landscaping.

Hoping for a couple or single tenant, to use the guest bedroom as a spare/guest bedroom/ office. Although we have had 2-3 renter previously.

Condo complex has two pools and 2 jacuzzis. 2 laundry facilities with Paid washing and drying.

Small ac/heater unit in living room but the condo is partially underground so it remains cool. One fan and one air filter available.
1 parking spot available (shaded and gated) street parking for any additional cars or guests.

Closets will be emptied. We will leave you towels/utensils/pans and stuff like that. Closets also can lock.

Nearby is a really nice walk, the San Diego River walk. If you like outdoor activities there is also a beautiful park called Civita park.
Three trolly stations are walking distance and a trolly station just got built that stops at the stadium where another amazing park was built.

Some grocery stores that are walking distance are Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, and target. Plus so many amazing restaurants are walkable; Puesto, Pesto, Lazy Dog, and Mendocino Farms.

Owner pays for water and wifi.
Electric is covered by renter.
Deposit is 3,000. Due at signing.
Dogs are okay but we hope they are kind, not loud, and not destructive. (New remodel)

One parking spot is assigned in the shaded and gated lot next to the unit. Street parking for all other guests or residents.
