The upstairs unit is rented to another group and has a completely separate entrance. Some features include abundant natural light, stone countertops in the kitchen, hardwood floors, in-unit laundry with full size washer/dryer, large fenced-in private patio, plenty of closet space and additional storage space, high ceilings, and one off-street parking space. Cats allowed; dogs allowed. No smoking on the premises. This apartment is a daylight basement.

12 months fixed term;
– $80 fixed charge per occupant per month for water, sewer, and garbage.
– Resident pays electric directly to utility.
– $1,500 security deposit (includes a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee).
– $25 application fee per applicant (all non-minor occupants must apply).
– Renters insurance required.
– If applicable, $500 pet deposit and renters insurance with pet coverage.
– No smoking on the premises.

Successful applicants will need to meet minimum credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, and income-to-rent ratios. Credit reports will be required for all applicants, as well as verifiable employment with two months of recent paystubs. Leasing Criteria includes no bankruptcies, prior evictions, or lease defaults. Comprehensive reusable credit reports will not be accepted. Application fee of $25 per applicant.
