Welcome to fully furnished 2BR/1BA in the Santa Fe Art District. All the amenities and supplies you need for an extended stay for singles, families, business or solo travelers. $9-14 Uber to almost anywhere: downtown, Mile High, or the Convention Center. Walk or scooter to breweries, restaurants, and art galleries. Headed to the mountains? Reach 6th Ave, I-25, or I-70 in 60 seconds.
The whole place is yours to enjoy with free on-street and garage parking for cars, fast fiber optic wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, decorative fireplace, washer and dryer, 2 couches and 2 super soft beds (guest room is memory foam). There is central A/C and forced hot air heat controlled by a Nest thermostat. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and many other amenities provided. There are chargers for all phone types in case you forget yours! The master bedroom has a Bluetooth/aux cable/radio-enabled stereo with in-living room speakers.
There is a flatscreen 55″ smart TV in the living room. The wifi has been upgraded to fast fiber optic internet and is fast enough for multiple streaming and video calls. There are also card and board games (Jenga, Codenames, HeadsUp, Farkle) to keep you occupied and off your devices. There is an ethanol un-vented fireplace, but I ask guests not to use this for safety and insurance reasons. As the space is half a duplex, I ask guests be mindful of my friendly neighbor and noise after 11pm. If you are looking for somewhere to party late into the night, this isn’t the right place.
You will have access to the whole space and backyard as well as the garage. If you are bringing your car/rental, you can park in my garage and use the supplied garage door remote. The garage has space for 2 small vehicles or 1 medium SUV (large SUVs and trucks won’t fit). There is usually free street parking out front.
The building is a duplex – everything including the entrance, exit, and backyard is private. The only shared wall with my neighbor is brick.
2 parking spots in garage and limited on street parking. For long-term leases renter pays for electric and gas and is responsible for basic property card. All other utilities included.
Lease options from 3 to 12 months. No smoking and no pets considered.
