– TOP FLOOR (3rd floor). You will have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. No elevator.

– Open concept kitchen with living space. Kitchen with modern white cabinetry and full stainless steel appliance suite. Expansive stone countertop perfect for 4 bar stools.
– Living room WILL NOT fit a dining table and full living room set. See photos
– A king size bed will NOT fit in any of the bedrooms
– 2 full baths- with 1 walk in shower and the other with tub
– Parking: NO DESIGNATED PARKING on site. Street parking (free) is realistic as it’s a residential neighborhood surrounded by single family homes (majority with their own garages).
– PETS: 2 pets maximum. No aggressive breeds/no mixes with the aggressive breeds. 70lb weight cap. If you have a large breed dog, we want to know the specifics BEFORE you schedule a showing.
– The application: $75 non-refundable app fee and $295 non-refundable admin fee for each adult occupant. App and admin are due at application to reserve the apt. If your application is not approved, the admin fees are refunded.
– UTILITIES: In addition to rent, there is a $45/month bundled fee which includes XFinity internet, water, trash removal and sewer. Residents pay their gas and electricity bills. Central Air = you pay for your heat and ac usage.
– Location: 3609 W Ainslie in lush, tree lined and welcoming to all – Albany Park. The Kimball Brown L is 0.4 miles away, Lawrence is 1 block away- with ease access to food, retail, grocery
