– The application: $75 non-refundable app fee and $295 non-refundable admin fee for each adult occupant. App and admin are due at application to reserve the apt. If your application is not approved, the admin fees are refunded.
– UTILITIES: In addition to rent, there is a $45/month bundled fee which includes XFinity internet, water, trash removal and sewer. Residents pay their gas and electricity bills. Central Air = you pay for your heat and ac usage.
