This house has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, and one large bedroom downstairs with a large full bathroom that has laundry hookups. There is off street parking, plus a front and back porch. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, pets will be considered.

Renter is responsible for all utilities, no smoking,one year lease, all adults 18 and over living at the property must fill out an application and be on the lease. Applicants must pass a background check and proved landlord references and proof of income. Renter is responsible for snow removal and cutting and trimming the grass.
