– Guest room is a playroom/dayroom space with Peloton bike but the couch (American Leather) opens into a full queen mattress which is as comfortable as a real bed. Victorian double slide doors close it completely for backout conditions and privacy from living room
Fully furnished, ready for move-in. Looking for 18mo-24mo term (we are offering a meaningful incentive for 24mo leases) but 12mo possible. The property is fully furnished but we can move some of the pieces depending on what furniture tenants moving in need/want to bring in.
