The house is spacious and well-equipped (each room is fully furnished, with wifi, utilities, trash, and all other basic services are set up). You may park your vehicle in the driveway. You would have access to the house using a door code for both entrances: (1) the front gate entry into shared foyer, and (2) private door entrance leading to upstairs section.

The house is located 2 blocks from the San Francisco Zoo and 2 blocks from Ocean Beach. Java Beach Cafe (also 2 blocks away) has good coffee and sandwiches. Other great restaurants and bars are also nearby, including Underdogs. The house is close to the Irish Cultural Center and the Parkside neighborhood (a nearby merchant corridor). There is close access to public transportation (stops for light rail, bus just a block away) and easy access to the 280 freeway. This is a very walkable and peaceful neighborhood. The house has exterior security cameras, and the neighbors also have cameras that monitor public spaces.
