Qualifications
Applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis if they meet these qualifications:
1. Income of 3x monthly rent.
2. Positive references and rental history.
3. Passage of a credit check with a minimum 620 credit score.
If you do not meet these criteria, we may still accept your tenancy with provision of guarantors who do and/or additional assurances.
