Not only was it beautiful & inviting but the location is perfect.. it was a short drive to downtown, but being by the marina was a bonus.

Rent rates based on lease length:
30 days: $4650 per month
6+ months: $4350 per month
12+ months: $4100 per month
For leases less than 6 months, utilities fee of $350 is charged to tenant in addition to rent. For leases more than 6 months, tenant is responsible for changing utilities into their own name.
Pet requests are handled on an individual basis.
