Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove the smoke odor. All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages to the property. Any violation of the pet policy will incur a $500 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to clean the unit. The primary guest should be at least 21 years of age on the day of arrival. A state identification card or driver’s license copy will be requested upon booking. There is a security camera on the property. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
