We are Tarrant Management, Inc. and are open Monday- Friday 9-5 & Saturday from 9-1. You must call the very day that you want to see the house…. We only set appointments the day of showing.
Our Quick requirements:
– $50 application fee per person who will be living there (over 18)
– you must make 3 times the rent amount (must verifiable via recent check stub or tax return, etc.)
– you must have no recent evictions, no eviction filings at all & good verifiable rental history for the last 5 years (this means no missed rental payments at all & not from relatives)
– you must have no major criminal issues within the last 5 years
– your FICO score must be greater than 600
– no pets
– upon approval, you must be ready to sign the lease and give us the entire first month’s rent and deposit
