River Road is bordered on the east by the San Antonio River, on the south by the well-manicured Brackenridge golf course, and on the west by the 281 highway. There are 2 exit points from the north that gives you quick access to the 281, N. St. Mary’s Street, or Broadway where many of the cities most exciting amenities are located.

Our apartment features central climate control and comfortable furnishings. The master suite boasts blackout blinds perfect for night owls while the sun-drenched living room offers smart TV entertainment. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with premium LG appliances.

The cost of rent is all-inclusive and gets you:
-complimentary parking in our private lot
-access code to our free washer/dryer room
-all utilities included. Pet-free environment.
-paid electric bill (you won’t have to bother yourself with CPS calls)
-paid water bill (you won’t have to bother yourself with SAWS calls)
-high speed WiFi
-USPS mailbox on site

Although we do not have a gym on site, realize that you won’t be paying for something that you may or may not use. Moreover, there are multiple gyms and boutique exercise studios in the immediate are that allow you to join on a monthly basis. The neighborhood itself is tree-lined and safe. You’ll find neighbors walking and running throughout the day and night.

Leases are 30+ Days (we can create a lease that fits you need). The most common leases are 3, 6, and 12 months.

Rent is $1700/month and includes electricity, water, high-speed wifi, off-street parking, and access to community washer and dryer which is for tenants only.

The security deposit is 1-month’s rent, but we’re currently running a special for $300 Off the security deposit (refundable upon final inspection after move-out). There is a $150 cleaning fee (non-refundable) due at the time of signing.

Smoking is NOT allowed. Pets are NOT allowed in our renovated apartment units (unrenovated units still allow pets).

This is a mid-term/long-term rental. We do not do short-term stays (less than 30 days).
