Only 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, 10 minutes to Lockheed, and 20 minutes to TCU and the hospital district. It’s hard to believe you aren’t at a beautiful resort in the wilderness but actually close to a major metropolitan area.

Rent includes the cost of water utility (renter pays electricity). The house used to be set up as AIRBNB so has all appliances and is partially furnished (some of the furnishings in the photos have been removed). Short term 30 day rentals are welcome.

Owner pays for water. House is partially furnished and includes all appliances as needed. Renter is responsible for electricity and lawn maintenance. Dogs and cats are allowed with additional deposit of $500 per pet. There is off street parking for 4-5 vehicles depending on size of vehicle. No smoking inside.
