Only listed tenants may reside at property.
Guests allowed up to 14 days without approval.
No illegal activities. NO short term rental business allowed.

12. Early Termination
Tenant may end lease early by:
Paying an early termination fee of 2 months’ rent OR
Remaining liable until unit is re-rented (per Texas law).
13. Right of Entry
Landlord may enter with 24-hour notice (except emergencies).
14. Default
Nonpayment of rent or violation of lease may result in eviction per Texas Property Code.
15. Governing Law
This lease is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
