It is brand new, 400 sqft, and everything works great., there is plenty of street parking right out front, includes a combined in-unit washer and dryer and private fenced yard. I am looking to move closer to my job in the city, hence the move and a flexible move in date. The security deposit is 1 month’s rent $2350. The water and electric have ranged from 80-200 per month. Per the landlord there will be an application fee I will split with whoever takes over.
