1. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that any content on AvailableMax infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown request. Your notice must include the following information:

  • Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on AvailableMax where the infringing material is located.
  • A good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your full contact information.
  • Identification of the removed content and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of U.S. federal courts.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, the material may be restored unless the copyright owner initiates legal action within ten business days.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

AvailableMax may suspend or terminate user accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content. We enforce copyright compliance consistently and in accordance with DMCA regulations.

4. Additional Information

AvailableMax does not review or verify listing photos, media, or descriptions submitted by third-party contributors. Submitting fraudulent or bad-faith DMCA notices may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

This DMCA procedure applies only to copyright-related matters and does not cover other types of complaints.
